Kquery 4.0: Compatability Mode Kquery 4 FAQ - Setting Compatability mode for multi-CPU systems Kquery4 has a slight problem with Pentium 4 hyperthreading CPUs and some other multiprocessor systems that cause it to access violation on startup. Unable to pinpoint the exact source of the problem, we came up with two ways to get Kquery4 back up and running : Set the kquery4.exe processor affinity to a single CPU, or Run kquery4.exe in Compatability mode. Here is how to set compatability mode : Goto your kquery install directory and right click on the kquery4.exe icon.
