Because the kquery 'master server' is now offline, you'll have to manually place the menu.txt and gamelist.txt files into your kquery installation directory.
Yes, you can fiddle with the contents of the files to add new games / masters / support, but after that, you're on your own i'm afraid!

Oh, and you'll probably want GSLIST (Download GSLIST.EXE) and place in your Kquery4 directory for GSLIST integration to function.
